Her mind is gone. So my sister called seeing a year of charges. No refund but for August. People beware. Mince times out of 10 you don't need these companies. They don't do anything you can't do yourself. It's just a scam. Unethical to bill an elderly person that is unable to comprehend the service. And not refund the money. Tried to cancel service an hour after it started but was told it was too late, yet on website it says there a 30 day money back guarantee. Why would you need to remote in to make changes to a 2 day old computer? They said it will take the advertisements off the computer! They solicitated their services and they scammed an 86 year old woman who didn't even understand what they were going to do to her brand new computer.
